To do this quest, you must get 3 items for the cook

Egg:
To get the egg you need to go to the chicken farm northeast of Lumbridge. Pick up an egg in the shack/henhouse.

Milk:
Get the milk by buying a bucket and using it with cow.

Flour:
First buy a pot or get one off the ground.  Next, go to the wheat fields and pick some wheat.  Go to the top floor of the windmill and "use grain with hopper". Operate the hopper and go back down to the first floor.  Use pot with flour and you will get a pot of flour.

GO back to the cook and give him the ingrediants; you will get 1 quest point, some cooking xp, and the ability to use the cook's range (more cooking xp).
